Gulshan Group, an NCR-based real estate developer, has announced the appointment of Anchal Singhal as its new Head – Marketing.
With over 19 years of experience across real estate, hospitality, and communications, she brings rich expertise in brand strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Throughout her career, Anchal Singhal has worked with some of India’s most reputed organizations, leading communication strategies for ITC Hotels, DLF Home Developers, and M3M Group, and managing prestigious brands such as AB InBev and Shiv Nadar Group – HCL Foundation.
Before joining Gulshan Group, she spent over a year with AIPL, enhancing brand visibility and driving marketing communications. Her expertise includes end-to-end stakeholder engagement, strategic brand storytelling, and reinforcing corporate ESG commitments. Beyond her corporate role, she is the founder of Delhi Shayari Club, a platform celebrating Urdu poetry and cultural expression through curated events across India.
In her new role as Head – Marketing, Anchal Singhal will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that reinforce Gulshan Group’s brand, engage key stakeholders, and highlight the company’s upcoming premium offerings. She will lead innovative and integrated marketing initiatives across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms, ensuring that the brand narrative resonates with audiences while supporting the company’s strategic growth.
