GroupM, the WPP media network, has announced a significant restructuring of its global leadership team under the guidance of Global CEO Brian Lesser.
GroupM has appointed Emily Del Greco as its new Global Chief Operating Officer, effective February 2025. In her new role, Emily will oversee Operations, Partnerships, Strategy, and Corporate Development across the organization.
Previously a partner at McKinsey & Company, Del Greco brings extensive expertise in commerce media and advertising practices to her new role.
Adam Gerhart, transitioning from CEO of Mindshare, will now serve as Global Chief Client Officer, overseeing client relations across all GroupM agencies.
Toby Jenner, former Wavemaker CEO, has been appointed Global Chief Business Officer, focusing on global development, growth, and collaboration with other WPP agencies.
Mark Patterson, formerly GroupM’s COO, has been named Global President of Markets and Business Operations. Patterson will focus on driving growth in key regions such as APAC and LATAM, along with spearheading investments and sports-related initiatives.
