Grand Hyatt Gurgaon announced the appointment of Chandan Thakur as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. With over 18 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality, Thakur brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage operations, strategic leadership, and guest-centric innovation.
Chandan joins the team from Hyatt Regency Delhi, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing beverage programs, leading F&B operations across multiple award-winning outlets, and driving innovation through global collaborations and experiential dining formats. His deep-rooted expertise in strategic planning, staff development, and guest-centric service is set to further elevate the F&B experience at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon.
Over the years, Chandan has spearheaded several high-impact initiatives, including international bar takeovers, premium wine events, and curated pop-ups, making him a driving force in shaping modern food and beverage narratives in the luxury segment.
In his new role, Chandan will oversee all F&B operations across the hotel’s acclaimed dining venues, in-room dining, and banqueting services, with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
