T-Hub, a startup incubator, announced the appointment of Kavikrut as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective March 10, 2025.
With a career spanning entrepreneurship and corporate leadership, Kavikrut was most recently the Chief Growth Officer at OYO, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint across 100+ cities in India, launching new ventures, and leading as well as scaling multiple business functions. He also spearheaded OYO’s international expansion into Japan in partnership with Yahoo! Japan and SoftBank Japan in 2018.
Kavikrut started his career as a healthcare startup founder and later worked with leading companies such as Amazon and Piramal Group. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Finance from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
