Before joining GoKwik, Sharad held impactful positions at Swiggy, Dineout, and Paytm. At Swiggy, he spearheaded major growth initiatives, including a game-changing partnership with IRCTC that transformed food delivery services for train passengers nationwide. His contributions at Dineout advanced customer loyalty, engagement, and product innovation, while at Paytm, he played a critical role in advancing customer support infrastructure.
