Genpact, an agentic and advanced technology solutions company, announced the appointment of Dinesh Jain as Global Capability Center (GCC) Lead.
Based in Mumbai, Dinesh will spearhead Genpact’s efforts to help clients design, scale, and transform their GCC strategies, driving business impact through agentic operations, advanced technologies, and data-led transformation.
In his role, Dinesh will shape Genpact’s GCC strategy and playbooks, guiding clients across industries and regions in establishing and evolving their centers into strategic extensions of their global enterprises. His key priorities include helping enterprises establish and scale their GCCs, evolve them into global innovation, engineering and process hubs, and advising them on scale or carve-out strategies to maximize value creation.
Dinesh brings deep experience in technology, GCC delivery, and digital transformation, having worked extensively with multinational organizations to architect and scale their capability centers.
Before joining Genpact, he led the Accenture Technology GCC Solutions and Offering out of Mumbai and has held senior leadership roles in transformation, technology strategy, architecture, and delivery.
