Garuda Aerospace, a Chennai-based drone startup, has received an export license and is ready to enter the USA, Australia, and Middle Eastern markets.
This development is part of Garuda Aerospace’s global expansion plans, enabling it to bring its drone technology to international markets. Garuda Aerospace, backed by legendary cricketer MS Dhoni, already exists in Sri Lanka.
Garuda Aerospace will focus its export efforts on the Garuda Kisan Drone, designed to support the agriculture sector’s needs. These drones are used for precision farming and agri-tech services in regions such as the USA and Australia.
The company also aims to address surveillance and security requirements in the Middle East.
Garuda Aerospace is also exploring international collaborations and has existing partnerships with companies such as Elbit Systems, Lockheed Martin, Cognizant, Thales, and SAS Greece.
With the involvement of its brand ambassador, MS Dhoni, the company plans to expand its presence in global markets. Garuda Aerospace aims to operate in at least 50 countries in the coming years, supporting its international growth and collaborations.
