With more than 25 years of accomplished experience across sales, marketing, revenue management and commercial strategy, Rajat brings a depth of expertise that further strengthens the hotel’s leadership team at a pivotal moment in its evolution.
Rajat’s distinguished career spans influential leadership roles across global and Indian hospitality brands, where he has consistently delivered strong commercial outcomes.
In this strategic role, Rajat will shape the hotel’s commercial vision and steer its next phase of growth, upholding the hallmark precision, service excellence and thoughtful luxury synonymous with Four Seasons. He will oversee all commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Catering and Conference Services, aligning strategy and execution to drive performance with clarity and cohesion. His mandate includes accelerating market expansion, amplifying brand presence and spearheading initiatives that enhance top-line results while deepening guest engagement.
