foundit (formerly Monster APAC & ME) has announced the appointment of Binita Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, she will oversee the Finance & Accounts function across all regions.
A Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of experience, Binita Agarwal brings expertise in finance, compliance, investor relations, and business strategy. She has previously led finance functions at AppsForBharat (SriMandir), Headout, and HungerBox, and held earlier roles at Goldman Sachs and EY.
In her most recent role, Binita played a key part in building financial systems, leading fundraising efforts, and supporting rapid expansion. Her experience spans key markets including the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, bringing a global perspective to risk management and cross-border operations.
