FarMart, a food supply platform serving Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, has entered the packaged food market in India under the brand FarMart Pantry. FarMart introduced its consumer pantry range in the Middle East in 2024.
Currently offering 27 SKUs, FarMart is set to introduce another 15 products in the coming months.
FarMart Pantry features 27 essential pantry staples — including Chakki Atta, Millet Attas, Basmati Rice, and Pulses — and is available across quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto, modern trade stores such as Nature’s Basket and Modern Bazaar, and at over 1,000+ general stores and supermarkets across Indian metros.
Alekh Sanghera, CEO and Co-founder of FarMart, said, “Over the last decade, we’ve built a technology-driven supply chain that powers food businesses across geographies. With FarMart Pantry, we’re extending that same reliability and transparency to consumers—making high-quality, everyday staples easily accessible through channels they already trust.”
Rohit Pajni, Head of CPG & Global Business at FarMart, said, “Consumers today are more conscious than ever about the quality and origin of their food. With FarMart Pantry, we’re offering them pantry staples they can trust—backed by rigorous quality checks, full traceability, and the assurance of consistency. It’s about making clean, dependable food part of the everyday household experience.”
Since 2015, FarMart has built a tech-enabled network, connecting 300,000+ farm-level aggregators to 80+ food processors and 2,000+ food businesses globally. The platform handles over 100 raw commodities and ingredients across regions.
FarMart claims that FarMart Pantry products undergo AI-powered quality checks and third-party inspections, ensuring consistent standards of freshness and safety. Products are rigorously tested for over 100 pesticides, mycotoxins, heavy metals, and additives — verifying the highest standards of purity. Full traceability is integrated into the supply chain, giving consumers visibility into where and how their food is sourced, along with access to the safety protocols followed at every stage.
