Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur announced that Rajat Sethi, who has successfully led Fairmont Jaipur since 2023, has now been appointed as Cluster General Manager overseeing both properties.
With over 25 years of leadership experience across some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotels, Sethi brings exceptional expertise in guest experience, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
In his expanded role, he will continue to lead Fairmont Jaipur while also taking charge of Raffles Jaipur, focusing on elevating service standards, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening both properties’ positioning as leading luxury destinations in India and globally.
Sethi’s career includes senior leadership roles at ITC Hotels, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide, among others. His foundation years were with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, notably at Trident Gurgaon, where his leadership reinforced the property’s reputation for world-class service. In 2022, he was named General Manager of the Year in the Luxury to Upper Upscale category by Hotelier India, recognising his innovative and results-driven approach.
