Eupheus Learning, a school-focused distribution platform, has raised $3 million in funding from Lightrock India, a global impact investment fund. This follows its previous funding round of $10 million in September 2021.
The funds raised will be used to accelerate its organic growth. With the funding, Eupheus Learning plans to fuel both the product portfolio as well as the geographical and segment reach.

Founded in June 2017 by Amit Kapoor and Ved Prakash Khatri, Eupheus Learning has a classroom-first curriculum-focused approach. Eupheus Learning operates with curricular content mapped to CBSE and ICSE, supplemental solutions like kinaesthetic learning tools, STEM/ STEAM, English enhancement tools, AR/ VR/ Robotics, etc., ensuring the overall development of a student.
It also has a unique digital tool for schools, ‘SchoolMitra’, which combines ‘content’, ‘learning management system’, ‘financial management system’, and ‘communication management system’ on a single sign-on to offer a connected eco-system for schools to operate and benefit all its stakeholders alike – principals, teachers, parents and students.
Eupheus Learning claims that nearly ~10,000 schools across 725+ cities use their solutions.
