ESDS Software Solution, a cloud, IT security, and managed services provider, announced the appointment of Jitendra Pathak as its Chief Operations Officer.
In this pivotal role, he will spearhead the strategic endeavours within its major practices in Operations, with a focus on leveraging Advance AI / GenAI, Cloud platform technologies to foster innovation and deliver significant value to customers.
Pathak will be instrumental in leading transformational initiatives at ESDS, focusing on leveraging advanced AI and GenAI solutions to automate processes and re-engineer operations., thereby improving customer experience throughout their journey with ESDS. He will also play an active role in determining the technology landscape and enhancing capability across product & service offering. He will be directly reporting to Piyush Somani, Founder, CMD, and CEO of ESDS Software Solution.
Jitendra Pathak, an engineering graduate from Nagpur University with a PGDBA in Business Administration, has furthered his expertise through a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from the University of Texas.
He is also a part of the honorary board at the Pi Jam Foundation, which works as a nonprofit towards affordable technology and quality computer science education for children and educators all over India. This aligns with the ESDS vision to empower the future generation through technology.
