Edelman India has announced the appointment of Jaskirat Singh Bawa as Senior Advisor, Risk and Issues Management.
In this role, Bawa will support the firm’s Crisis and Risk practice, working with organisations on risk preparedness, issues management and response strategies.
Jaskirat brings nearly two decades of experience across global news, online trust and safety, and analysis of narratives and risks. He has led multi-market operations addressing disinformation and reputation risk for leading technology platforms and is recognized for his work in building teams and tools that strengthen information integrity and trust. Earlier, he was a Senior Editor and Correspondent for digital and broadcast news organizations including India Today and The Quint.
