Culture Circle, a hype and luxury app, has raised ₹3 crores for 3% equity from Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal) and Ritesh Agarwal (OYO) on Shark Tank India Season 4.
Culture Circle also received other offers from the Sharks, Kunal takes a risk and offers ₹8 crore for 10% equity. While Ritesh offers ₹1.2 crores at 1.33%. Furthermore, Aman gives a deal on the valuation of ₹40 crores. Namita gives an offer of ₹1.2 crores for 1.2% on the valuation of ₹100 core but with 0.5% royalty. Pitchers refused to accept the royalty.
Last month, Culture Circle raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by Info Edge Ventures, along with participation from angel investors.
The company has plans to launch additional physical stores across India and expand its footprint globally, beginning with markets like the UAE.
