Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport announced the appointment of Avinash Chandola as Front Office Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Avinash brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
In his new role, Avinash will be focusing on strengthening Marriott’s Bonvoy membership loyalty and engagement. In addition to this, he will also be spearheading initiatives to elevate team training and development. With an aim to optimize guest satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities by bringing innovation in services that ensure the property stands out as a preferred choice for travelers.
Prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott, Avinash has held various leadership positions at renowned hospitality brands across India. His extensive experience in Front Office operations, guest relations, and team management has equipped him with a deep understanding of the industry.
