Cosmo First, a business conglomerate, has announced the appointment of Saurabh Jain as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its pet care division, Zigly and Head of Corporate Development.
In his new role as CEO of Zigly, Saurabh will be responsible for expanding the business and shaping the next phase of growth for the company. Saurabh will also drive corporate development initiatives at Cosmo First and will be overseeing strategy and growth-related undertakings, including mergers or acquisitions that the group may evaluate in the future.
He will be working closely with the Group CEO of Cosmo First, Pankaj Poddar, and the Group CFO Neeraj Jain.
Saurabh has over 16 years of rich experience across the packaging films industry, investment banking, and corporate strategy. In the past, he has been associated with Jindal Films as the Global CEO (Overseas Business) and other reputed organizations, including SB Packaging, Wodehouse Capital, Religare Capital Markets, and Jaypee Capital.
