Contrails AI, a trust & safety-tech AI startup, has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Huddle Ventures and IAN Group.
The fresh funds raised will be used to fuel the US and EU pilots running across industries such as marketplaces, media houses, financial firms, and leading digital platforms.
Founded in 2023 by Digvijay Singh and Amitabh Kumar, Contrails AI aims to safeguard internet companies in the age of GenAI.
Contrails AI helps organizations detect deepfakes, prevent scams, and address high-risk safety challenges using advanced AI and agentic workflows. Its proprietary multi-modal detection engine analyzes video, audio, and images to accurately identify synthetic media, deepfakes, misinformation, and policy violations.
The company delivers solutions trusted by marketplaces, media houses, financial services, and global digital platforms.
Its proprietary Forensics & Manipulation Detection AI delivers real-time analysis with layered explainability, enabling platform review teams to detect, assess, and act on threats proactively.
