Constl, a telecommunication service provider, announced the appointment of Vineet K. Sharma as Head – Legal and Company Secretary.
With over two decades of experience in the telecom and technology sectors, Vineet brings a strong track record in legal strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and contract governance.
Vineet has previously held senior leadership positions in some of the industry’s most dynamic and fast-paced environments, where he has successfully navigated complex legal landscapes and regulatory challenges across multiple jurisdictions.
In his new role, he will lead constl’s legal and compliance functions, providing strategic counsel on key regulatory and contractual matters. His leadership will play a critical role in strengthening constl’s legal framework and governance practices as the company accelerates its growth and deepens global partnerships.
