Collective Artists Network’s Under 25, a youth network announced the appointment of Jeel Gandhi as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Since joining Under 25, Jeel has been instrumental in driving scale and cultural relevance. Under her leadership, Under 25 has hosted 100 Summits at Campus (SACs), built a presence in over 30 cities, and directly impacted 1.5 lakh students.
Its digital footprint has crossed 300 million views and over 500,000 app downloads. Most significantly, the platform has contributed to a ₹3 crore student wallet impact, with more than 40,000 students accessing paid experiences directly through the Under 25 app.
Jeel Gandhi said, “Under 25 has always been about creating opportunities and building a movement that empowers young minds. We want every student to feel ready for what’s next, whether it’s launching a career, starting a venture, or pursuing a passion. As we move forward, our focus will remain on scaling our impact, amplifying student voices, and creating transformative experiences that truly get India’s youth ready for life. That means building skills, confidence, exposure, and real-world readiness—far beyond what classrooms typically offer.”
Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network, said, “Under 25 is a trailblazer in the youth space, and Jeel’s leadership has been instrumental in pushing its boundaries further. As we continue to grow Under 25 into the larger Collective ecosystem, her vision and drive will be key to unlocking new avenues of impact. I’m excited to see this next phase of growth under her leadership.”
