With over 25 years of experience in the exchange industry, Upadhyay brings a wealth of expertise, having held key leadership roles at organizations such as NSE, MCX, and Saurasthra & Kutch Stock Exchange.
At MCX, Upadhyay successfully established a robust in-house inspection framework and implemented advanced systems to enhance member compliance. During his tenure at NSE, he spearheaded critical initiatives in enforcement, arbitration, and investor services, while driving process innovation and risk management. His career reflects a deep commitment to excellence and governance.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Upadhyay will focus on enhancing CIFDAQ’s regulatory compliance framework, optimizing risk management strategies, and fostering collaborations with key stakeholders in the blockchain and financial sectors.
