Celonis, a process intelligence platform, announced the appointment of tech industry veteran and top former Deutsche Bank and SAP executive, Dilipkumar Khandelwal, as its new Chief Customer Officer.
Khandelwal will also serve as Chairman of the India Advisory Board, spearheading Celonis’ continued expansion in the region, a critical market for both innovation and talent. This follows significant recent investments, including the launch of the Celonis Garage innovation hub in Bengaluru.
Khandelwal’s career is marked by extensive experience in building, scaling, leading, and integrating organizations in the enterprise software and financial services industry at SAP and Deutsche Bank. He successfully led the turnaround for a critical business unit, made it the fastest-growing Cloud business and built a world-class engineering organization. As an entrepreneur and investor, he is an avid supporter of disruptive technologies. He is also the founding member of Plaksha University, a partner and advisor to venture funds and an active angel investor in more than 70+ companies to support the next generation of entrepreneurs.
