CaratLane – A Tata Product, an omni-channel jewellery brand, has announced the appointment of Jigar Vyas as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In this role, Jigar will lead the company’s finance function and support CaratLane’s next phase of growth as it continues to expand its omni-channel footprint across India.
Jigar brings over 16 years of experience across business finance, commercial strategy, and large-scale operations, having worked with complex, consumer-facing organisations across both large conglomerates and high-growth startups.
Prior to joining CaratLane, he held senior leadership roles at ITC Ltd, Nielsen, and SUGAR Cosmetics, where he managed large teams and diverse market portfolios.
At CaratLane, Jigar will be responsible for driving financial strategy, strengthening governance and internal control frameworks, and ensuring capital efficiency as the brand scales. He will work closely with the leadership team to align financial decision-making with long-term business objectives, while balancing growth ambitions with financial discipline and transparency.
Across his career, Jigar has been closely involved in sales finance operations, financial planning and analysis, capital raising, and cost optimisation, while also strengthening governance mechanisms and improving cost efficiencies. His experience spans working across scale, complexity, and fast-paced environments, giving him a balanced perspective on managing growth with discipline.
Known for his structured approach to leadership, Jigar brings a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence, enabling organisations to navigate scale while maintaining financial clarity and control.
