BPTP, a real estate developer, has announced the appointment of Vineet Nanda as Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Nanda brings over four decades of professional experience, including more than 25 years in senior leadership roles within the Indian real estate sector. His experience spans sales, marketing, and business management across residential and commercial developments.
Prior to joining BPTP, he served as Director – Sales and Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where he was part of the senior management team.
Earlier in his career, Nanda held leadership roles at real estate companies including Omaxe, Central Park, and M3M, where he was involved in scaling residential and commercial portfolios across multiple markets.
In his role as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director, Nanda will be responsible for overseeing BPTP’s business operations, including sales, marketing, product strategy, and customer experience, in accordance with the company’s organisational structure.
