Bower School of Entrepreneurship, an institution focused on entrepreneurship education, has raised ₹11.5 crore in a seed funding round from a group of prominent High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Astir Ventures.
The funds raised will be strategically deployed to deepen partnerships with top universities, investors, and industry leaders while enhancing its experiential, application-first learning approach.
The funds will also be used to support the development of an AI-powered course builder for personalised entrepreneurship programs and the expansion of physical campuses across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA over the next five years.

Founded in 2024 by Pavan Allena, Hyderabad-based Bower School of Entrepreneurship aims to provide entrepreneurial education to students and professionals. It has introduced entrepreneurial education from grades “three to PG” level, its learning ecosystem delivers practical, execution-first experiences through three flagship programs: Bower SEED, which introduces K-12 students to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and design thinking; Bower UG, an undergraduate program in entrepreneurship where students build real ventures under the mentorship of experienced entrepreneurs; and Bower LEAD, a 4-month executive program empowering startup founders and professionals to scale their businesses with expert guidance. Further, the school is developing a unique AI-powered learning platform, Bower EDGE, designed to personalize and enhance the education experience.
The institution registered 1.5 crore+ bookings within 3 months of launch while addressing student requirements with a team strength of 27, and 63 faculty members. Bower has also collaborated with more than 5,000 students so far through Bower SEED, the K-12 segment, whereas the executive program, Bower LEAD, will have 4 cohorts in 2025 with an expected participation of up to 150 individuals. Bower is also planning to launch an undergraduate program in August 2025, which will be delivered by prominent industry professionals, CXOs and other leadership figures.
Bower aims to set up physical campuses across southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the USA within the next 5 years. The institution registered a revenue of ₹1.5 Crore in the fourth quarter of FY 24-25, and the strategic allocation of the funds will allow the brand to impact over 15,000 students and register revenues to cross ₹15 Crore across all verticals.
