Botanic Healthcare, a global nutraceutical company, has raised ₹250 crores in its latest funding round led by Stakeboat Capital. The round saw participation from co-investors – Abakkus Four2Eight Opportunities Fund and DS Group, one of Stakeboat Capital’s LP (Limited Partner).
This funding will enable Botanic Healthcare to consolidate its group entities and strengthen its presence in the growing global nutraceutical market. The capital will also fuel its aggressive expansion strategy. The company aims to grow by 400% over the next three years.
As part of its plans, Botanic will enhance its product portfolio and forge strategic partnerships while boosting its R&D and clinical research capabilities through joint ventures and collaborations.
The funds will also be invested in technology, innovation, and talent acquisition. The company is focused on building a robust R&D pipeline and hiring top-tier professionals across various departments, including research, development, production, quality assurance, and sales, to effectively scale its operations.
