Boldfit, a Bengaluru-based D2C fitness brand backed by cricketer KL Rahul, has raised ₹110 crore in its latest Series-A funding led by Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP).
This strategic investment will be used for product innovation, brand expansion and improve logistics for faster deliveries. The company also plans to develop new product lines and bolster customer engagement through community-driven initiatives and targeted campaigns.
In addition to scaling its online presence, Boldfit plans to establish offline stores within the next 12 to 18 months and expand its reach to the Middle East.
Boldfit had previously raised $8.37 million from existing investors, including KL Rahul, who also became its brand ambassador.
Equi-T Partners were the exclusive financial advisors to Boldfit on this transaction.

Founded in 2018 by Pallav Bihani, Boldfit offers a broad range of products, including fitness equipment, yoga accessories, dietary supplements, and sportswear. Its catalogue features over 400 items, catering to sports such as basketball, football, badminton, and cricket.
The brand has also partnered with Indian Premier League (IPL) teams like the Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The brand claims to have served over 10 million customers across the country, with an ambitious vision for further growth.
