Bold Care raises $5 million in Series A funding round from Rainmatter and others

Founded in 2020 by Rajat Jadhav, Rahul Krishnan, Harsh Singh, Mohit Yadav, and actor Ranveer Singh, Bold Care offers science-backed solutions for concerns such as premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED).

Bold Care, a men’s sexual health and wellness brand has raised $5 million in its Series A funding round from notable investors, including Nithin Kamath’s Rainmatter, Mithun & Siddhartha Sacheti (Founders of CaratLane), Dhanani family of Sayaji Hotels and AVT Group as investors.

The round also saw participation from Gruhas Collective Consumer Fund, MGA Ventures LLP, Claris Capital Limited, NB Ventures Limited, and AP Partners.

The funds raised will be used to strengthen its R&D capabilities, scale its presence across digital platforms, and introduce innovative products.

Founded in 2020 by Rajat Jadhav, Rahul Krishnan, Harsh Singh, Mohit Yadav, and actor Ranveer Singh, Bold Care offers science-backed solutions for concerns such as premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED).

In October 2024 Bold Care expanded into the women’s wellness segment with the launch of Bloom. Bloom has developed research-backed, verified solutions across eight major categories: Sexual Health, Personal Hygiene, Menopause, Period Care, Nutrition, Pregnancy, and Hair Removal.

Bold Care has fulfilled over 30 lakh+ orders so far and has achieved ₹100 crore mark in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in December 2024, following an impressive turnover of Rs 32.9 crore in the financial year 2023-24.

Bold Care’s total revenue is driven by its presence on its own website, as well as leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms such as BlinkIt, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto.
