Biz2X, the global SaaS platform and subsidiary of Biz2Credit, announced the appointment of Srijesh Kumar as Senior Vice President – Technology.
With more than 22 years of experience in software product development, design, and architecture, Srijesh will spearhead advancements in AI, automation, and decision intelligence to enhance the Biz2X platform’s capabilities across global markets, including the United States, MENA, and India.
In this leadership role, Srijesh will be responsible for elevating the Biz2X lending platform by integrating agentic AI, intelligent automation, and advanced decisioning frameworks to deliver the next generation of scalable lending solutions.
Before joining Biz2X, Srijesh held key leadership roles at Salesforce, Punchh, Expedia Group, Microsoft, and Adobe, where he led major technology initiatives and product innovations.
At Salesforce, he was instrumental in the development of Loyalty Cloud and Feedback Management solutions, while at Expedia, he drove enhancements in flight experience delivery. His track record in leading high-impact projects at global tech giants underscores his ability to drive technological evolution with agility and precision.
