Content creator and actor Bhuvan Bam has joined direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand Peppy as an investor and cofounder to drive the brand across demographics and consumer cohorts.
Peppy, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand specializing in sexual wellness and pleasure space, has officially launched in India.
Founded in 2023 by entrepreneurs Devansh Agarwal and Shyamal Gupta, Peppy aims to make sexual wellness a natural part of everyday life by offering accessible, affordable, and innovative products.
In May 2024, Peppy raised $500,000 in its pre-seed round at a valuation of ₹50 crore from external angel investors, including Bhuvan Bam (content creator and actor), Rohit Raj (Founder and CEO of BBKV Productions), and Dr Ruchi Gupta, among others.
The company is now raising a seed round of $1–2 million to further expand its sales channels and market reach.
