BHIVE Workspace, a managed office space provider has announced the appointment of Ruchi Challu as Head of People and Culture.
With over 17 years of expertise in people strategy, organizational transformation, and leadership development, Ruchi is set to drive BHIVE’s human capital strategy as the company prepares for its IPO.
An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Ruchi has led high-growth initiatives across industries, working with global clients including Fortune 500 companies. She has held senior roles at Deloitte, where she managed large-scale projects across APAC, the US, and Europe, and at Industree Crafts Foundation, where she built the talent function from the ground up.
In her new role, Ruchi will focus on scaling BHIVE’s operations by strengthening foundational processes, implementing robust learning and development initiatives, and enhancing leadership capabilities. Her efforts are directed at transitioning BHIVE from a people-driven to a process-driven organization, ensuring scalability and efficiency as it moves into its next growth phase.
A strong advocate for capability building, Ruchi has introduced impactful learning and development initiatives at BHIVE. From monthly business inductions led by senior leaders to on-the-job training programs, the focus is on ensuring every employee, particularly new hires, understands BHIVE’s vision and operations. With her commitment to systems, talent, and leadership, Ruchi is ensuring that BHIVE is not only IPO-ready but also poised to thrive in a competitive market.
