Basic Home Loan is close to achieving disbursals of ₹15,000 crore in FY2025, a growth of 2.5x from the previous year. The company’s referral agent network has grown significantly rising from 10,000 in December 2023 to over 15,000 in December 2024.
Basic’s workforce ecosystem now includes 15,000+ agents, 600 employees, 200 builders, and key strategic partnerships. The company underscored its dedication to empowering its agents with cutting-edge tools, performance incentives, and growth opportunities. BASIC aims to triple this network to 50,000 agents in the next 12 months, fostering employment opportunities for fresh graduates and professionals alike.
