The new identity represents more than a corporate name change; Kharesiya Brands now serves as that umbrella platform, built for long-term scale, operational strength, and brand leadership.
The rebrand comes at a time of strong business momentum, with the company on track to surpass ₹120 crore in GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) ARR in FY26, driven by portfolio expansion, omnichannel growth, and deepening consumer engagement across its brands.
