Awfis Space Solutions, a flexible workspace solutions platform, has announced the appointment of François Gramoli as Global Senior Director – Interior Design.
In this role, François will lead the design vision and strategy for Awfis’ workspaces across markets, ensuring that each environment reflects the company’s commitment to innovation, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.
A French American design leader with more than a decade of global experience, François brings a distinguished background in hospitality, high-end residential, and workplace interiors. His global exposure and multi-market experience provide him with a unique ability to create culturally resonant designs while steering diverse, cross-functional teams of architects and designers.
François holds a master’s degree in interior architecture and Adaptive Reuse from the Rhode Island School of Design (USA) and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-Belleville (France). His multidisciplinary expertise in architecture, adaptive reuse, and design informs his comprehensive approach to workplace environments—balancing creativity, precision, and operational efficiency.
