Automoto, a Mumbai-based vehicle ownership platform, has raised the first tranche of its extended pre-seed funding round, achieving a valuation of ₹100 crore ($12 million).
The round was led by Venture Bridge, with notable participation from angel investors and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
The fresh capital will be used to fuel the launch of Automoto’s first experience center, an innovative hub designed to showcase its digital solutions for vehicle owners.

The company aims to redefine the global vehicle ownership experience by addressing the challenges across the entire lifecycle of a vehicle and empowering users with technology-driven solutions.
The experience center, set to be a cornerstone of Automoto’s growth strategy, will bring the company’s digital offerings to life. It will serve as an interactive space where customers can experience Automoto’s range of services firsthand, from streamlined maintenance to advanced connected vehicle features. By merging physical and digital solutions, the center will demonstrate the company’s innovative approach to enhancing the vehicle lifecycle journey in real-time.
Founded in 2018 by Sreeraj, Automoto specializes in providing quick service and automotive care across various vehicle categories, from two-wheelers to commercial trucks. The company aims to transform the vehicle ownership experience through technology, focusing on long-term value-added services like insurance, IoT integration, connected vehicles, and automotive insights via a marketplace and data analytics.
As part of its broader strategy, Automoto is building a B2B2C enterprise management system aimed at making vehicle ownership more efficient and user-friendly. The platform will address key pain points faced by vehicle owners and businesses, offering a seamless experience from purchase and servicing to customer engagement and beyond.
