Ather Energy, an electric two-wheeler manufacturer, announced the appointment of Surabhi Loshali as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Surabhi brings over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership, with deep expertise in people strategy, organisation development, talent management, large-scale transformation and people analytics and culture building across industries, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, and financial services.
She has held senior HR leadership roles at leading organisations, most recently serving as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Strides Pharma Science, where she led global people initiatives across multiple geographies.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Science & Chemical Technology from Delhi College of Engineering. Her accolades include the Top HR Icon Award from the World HRD Congress in 2025 and the Women Leader of the Year 2024 at the Women Empowerment Summit.
