The Ashwin Sheth Group (ASG), a real estate developer, has announced the elevation of Bhavik Bhandari from Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) to Chief Business Officer (CBO).
In his expanded role, Bhavik will lead ASG’s integrated business strategy across sales, marketing, CRM, business development, product development, and business intelligence. He will lead strategic initiatives, New Business Vertical, thereby managing the P&L for the business. He will also work closely with Ashwin Sheth, CMD, to transform business development initiatives for new asset classes and business verticals.
With over 23+ years of experience across some of India’s most notable real estate brands, including Raheja’s, Kalpataru, Kanakia and Puravankara, Bhavik joined ASG to lead its sales, marketing, crm and strategic transformation. As Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, he championed initiatives that transformed Sales turnover, market share, corporate rebranding and brand dominance across markets.
