Arka Fincap, a customer-focused, digitally enabled, systemically important Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC), has announced the appointment of Samrat Gupta as the Managing Director, with effect from October 23, 2024.
In his previous role, Samrat Gupta was the Managing Director & CEO at Tata Motors Finance.
Arka Fincap also announced that Vimal Bhandari, the current CEO and Executive Vice Chairman, will be superannuating.
Bhandari will move from his exexecutive role into a non-executive role, on the Board of the company effective October 23rd, and will guide Mr Gupta as he transitions to the new role.
