Fundamental, the independent agency known for its selective approach to talent, announced that Ambalika Sen has joined as its new Managing Partner.
Ambalika Sen comes with 15 years of experience and her expertise across client partnerships, people care, process efficiency and understanding of the consumer business across categories – Food, Fashion & Lifestyle, FMCG and Media among others, will be instrumental as Fundamental moves forward.
Ambalika was previously at Tilt Brand Solutions where she was Senior Vice President – Business.

Some of us have known Ambalika for a very long time now and observed her evolution as an advertising professional with joy and pride. We firmly believe that her unique brand of unpretentious leadership coupled with her understanding of all facets of this business, will help us expand the way it counts – qualitatively.”
