Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India, a global professional services firm has announced the appointment of Mani Singhal as Managing Director to co-lead its Consumer & Retail practice in India.
With over two decades of experience, Singhal has deep expertise in driving growth, strategy, and operational transformation for consumer and retail businesses. She has worked with diverse organizations including multinational corporations, promoter-led organizations, and high-growth D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands, helping them optimize commercial models, drive multi-channel expansion, and navigate evolving consumer trends.
Prior to joining A&M, she was a Managing Director & Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she played a key role in shaping the Consumer Practice in India. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at Accenture Strategy, focusing on execution-led transformation initiatives.
