Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has announced the appointment of Dev Ramchandani as Executive Director within its Business Transformation Services practice.
Based in Pune, Ramchandani will be responsible for advancing the firm’s industrial transformation and operations advisory offerings, with a strategic focus on manufacturing-led sectors. His mandate includes scaling A&M’s capabilities in OT/IT integration, digital operations, and lean performance to deliver measurable impact for clients navigating complex industrial challenges.
Ramchandani brings more than two decades of industry experience, specializing in the inception and delivery of large-scale transformation programs aligned to organizational vision and strategy. His focus sectors include automotive and industrials, metals and mining, healthcare and life sciences, and chemicals. He bridges core manufacturing operations with advanced digital strategy, applying unique operational technology (OT) along with an information technology (IT) perspective to enterprise transformation.
He brings deep expertise in operational excellence, lean methodologies, and industrial digital transformation, having supported clients in aligning with Lighthouse principles and pursuing strategic market growth.
Prior to joining A&M, Ramchandani held leadership roles at Tata Motors, McKinsey, and Hitachi, where he led critical factory-floor and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
