Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India, a global professional services firm, has announced the appointment of Bharadwaj Rallabandi as Managing Director within its Business Transformation Services practice.
Based in Bengaluru, Rallabandi Bharadwaj will focus on helping clients drive enterprise-wide transformation across the consumer goods, retail, and life sciences sectors, with a particular emphasis on digital acceleration, M&A-led change, and AI-driven innovation.
Bharadwaj brings more than 18 years of experience in shaping and delivering strategic transformation programs. He specializes in digital and M&A-led transformation, channel strategy, customer development, commerce (including direct-to-consumer), and data-led reinvention. His recent work includes leading AI-powered growth strategies, scaling digital commerce capabilities, and enabling multi-market change programs for global and regional clients.
Prior to joining A&M, Bharadwaj was with Accenture Strategy in India, where he led large-scale engagements across industries. He was responsible for orchestrating complex digital transformation programs and leveraging cross-functional capabilities to drive business impact at scale. Bharadwaj has also held senior leadership positions at leading global conglomerates. At Johnson & Johnson, he served as CIO, spearheading business transformation and technology initiatives across South Asia and North Asia. At Unilever, he worked both in India and at the global headquarters in London, leading enterprise programs in News Business models, eCommerce, Go to Market and an operational excellence role where he led multi-region digital programs.
