Alea Consulting, a firm specializing in risk mitigation, due diligence, and investigative consulting, announced the promotion of Dhananjay Saraswat to the position of Director – Operations.
During his tenure, he has been an integral part of Alea Consulting and excelled in key responsibilities including managing the operations, overseeing client interactions, ensuring timely deliveries, spearheading expansion efforts, and conducting fraud investigations, due diligence, and hidden asset searches.
Before joining Alea Consulting, Dhananjay was with Gerson Lehrman Group, where he managed stakeholders for both domestic and international clients. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from IILM University, Gurugram, and bachelor’s in business administration. Dhananjay has certifications in Anti-Corruption from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and Bridge2VC. In 2024, he completed a program on Effective Management of Service Sector Firms from IIM Ahmedabad.
