Ador Welding, a manufacturer of welding solutions announced the appointment of Lajpat Yadav as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its India Welding Business, marking a strategic move following the recent merger with Ador Fontech.
With an impressive 33-year track record in the welding industry, Yadav brings extensive expertise as a Mechanical Engineer and MBA graduate from Birla Institute of Management & Technology, Delhi. His primary responsibilities will encompass driving strategic partnerships, consolidating operations, and leading key initiatives across the India Welding Business, Maintenance & Repair Division, and Welding, Cutting and Automation Division.
