Adomantra Digital India, a digital marketing solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Pooja Sondhi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
With over two decades of experience, Pooja brings with her analytical approach and solution-oriented mindset that makes her a proactive problem solver. Certified as a POSH trainer, her diverse skill set encompasses talent acquisition, management skills, manpower budgeting, and strategic HR alignment with the overall business vision.
Prior to joining Adomantra Digital India, she has held pivotal positions across diverse organisations, including Dainik Jagran, JCDecaux, vCommission Media, and Aargus Global Logistics.
At Adomantra Digital India Pooja will helm the Human Resources function with a focus on a people-first culture, enhancing talent capabilities at scale, and driving innovative HR practices aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
