AceVector, a tech-enabled retail platform that brings together distribution channels, SaaS platforms & consumer brands, announced the appointment of Anil Kumar as Group Company Secretary.
Anil brings more than 15 plus years of experience in corporate governance, legal and secretarial compliance, and related fields.
He will oversee all corporate secretarial matters and compliances throughout the Acevector group companies, which include Snapdeal, Unicommerce eSolutions, Shipway Technology, and Stellaro Brands.
His responsibilities will include overseeing statutory and regulatory requirements, managing compliance with SEBI Laws, liaising with regulatory bodies, providing advice on corporate governance matters, and organising board and general meetings.
Before joining AceVector, Anil served as the Head of Legal, Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Ethos Limited, Ia retail chain of luxury Swiss watches, from May 2011 to January 2025.
He also worked with Parabolic Drugs, a manufacturer of bulk drugs and active pharmaceutical ingredients, as its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from December 2009 to May 2011.
Anil is a distinguished commerce graduate from Nagpur University and a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has also held significant leadership roles within the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, serving as Treasurer and Chairman of the Chandigarh Chapter of North India Regional Council of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
