Abhay HealthTech, a healthcare conglomerate, has acquired MNP Healthcare, a consumer healthcare products manufacturer based in Faridabad and a subsidiary of MNP Meditech.
The strategic acquisition of MNP Healthcare is a significant milestone in Abhay HealthTech’s expansion plans, reinforcing its presence in the OTC (over-the-counter) consumer healthcare sector, the company said in a statement.
As part of the deal, Abhay HealthTech will acquire MNP Healthcare’s entire portfolio, including its brands, products, people, and manufacturing facilities. Through this acquisition, Abhay HealthTech also becomes a strategic partner of MNP’s manufacturing facilities.
Furthermore, the directors of MNP Healthcare, Mohanlal Yadav and Naveen Pathak, will join the advisory board of Abhay HealthTech, strengthening the leadership team with their deep expertise in product research, development and manufacturing.
