Five Tattva Cyberhub Security (5Tattva) has acquired a major stake in Zeroday Ops, a cybersecurity firm known for its advanced threat detection and prevention capabilities to expand its cybersecurity capabilities and scale its service portfolio.
Zeroday Ops brings offers an extensive suite of services including Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) across multiple platforms (web, network, Android, iOS, thick and thin clients), firewall penetration testing, Red Teaming, Security Operations Center (SoC) services, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
The acquisition combines 5Tattva’s deep expertise in compliance and managed security services with Zeroday Ops’ proven offensive and defensive cybersecurity strengths, creating a comprehensive security ecosystem for organizations across India and global markets.
Following the acquisition, Atul Luthra and Manpreet Singh will undertake Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) positions, respectively, in Zeroday Ops’ leadership team, alongside Sahil Kushwah as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Gautam Nangia as Chief Product Officer (CPO).
